Sagor Sarder is Arcane Hive's Operations Associate, the team's presence on the ground. He handles on-site factory supervision, the day-to-day running of operations, and procurement, the practical work of turning a plan on paper into something that holds up on a real factory floor.
He brings an operator's training to it. With a management background (BBA) and experience across sales, account management, and team coordination, Sagor is fluent in the parts of a project that live off the screen: sourcing materials and managing suppliers, keeping schedules and stakeholders aligned, and communicating clearly with the people who run the floor. Bilingual in Bangla and English, he moves easily between the workshop and the boardroom.
For Arcane Hive's clients, much of what we build, IoT monitoring, custom devices, and factory systems, has to work in a physical environment, not just a demo. Sagor is the one who makes sure it does: supervising installations on-site, sourcing the right parts, and keeping operations moving day to day, so deployments land cleanly and stay running.
